Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and data entry.
- Provide customer support by handling inquiries through chat, email, or phone.
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling and engagement tracking.
- Conduct research on various topics to support business development and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
