Key Responsibilities
- Deliver online accounting diploma courses according to the approved curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and training materials.
- Teach both theoretical and practical accounting using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Assess learners, provide feedback, and monitor attendance and performance.
- Support learners through academic guidance and mentoring.
- Prepare academic reports and maintain training records.
- Contribute to curriculum and training material development.
- Use e-learning platforms (e.g., FAACT) and comply with academic quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred).
- Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of teaching or training experience.
- At least 2 years of practical accounting, auditing, or Zakat & Tax experience.
- Experience with online training and accounting systems is preferred.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi Zakat & Tax regulations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and online training skills.
- Ability to use accounting software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
