About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join an international project for a global organization operating in the digital booking and reservation domain. The client builds large-scale, high-performance platforms and APIs, with a strong focus on cloud-native architectures, scalability, and data-driven solutions.
In this role, you will take ownership of designing, building, and maintaining modern data platforms while working closely with engineering and product teams on real-world, customer-facing systems.
Your Profile
- Strong experience as a Senior Data Engineer
- Solid expertise in Snowflake as a cloud data platform
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with AWS RDS / Aurora
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Experience with Tableau from a data engineering perspective (supporting analytics and reporting layers)
- Ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams
Your Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance data pipelines and data platforms
- Support and optimize modern booking platforms and APIs from a data engineering standpoint
- Develop and maintain cloud-based data architectures on AWS
- Ensure data quality, performance, reliability, and scalability across systems
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, analytics teams, and product stakeholders
- Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
