We're hiring a remote full-time Sales Account Manager
Main Job Duties
- Generating sales opportunities by researching and identifying good prospects.
- Promoting Elharefa services and solutions via outbound calls and emails.
- Improve sales efforts based on your experiences dealing with prospects and hearing their feedback.
- Maintain and manage an active pipeline and achieve target quotes.
Preferably residents of Heliopolis or Nasr City for offline meetings

- 2+ years as a full-time corporate sales B2B in human resources agency or staffing experience.
- Outbound prospecting sales experience required (Cold calling experience and the capacity to handle high daily call volumes).
- Working knowledge of CRM (Zoho) is a must
- A basic understanding of two-sided marketplaces and recruitment products.
- A positive can-do, will-do attitude
