Requirements
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be flexible and deal with a certain amount of unpredictability
- The ability and willingness to go above and beyond to help support the Alliance goals
- A team-player attitude with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to manage internal teams and external consultants/agencies to execute on a strategy
- Attention to the detail and ability to work in a high pressure environment
Experience required
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally within high-growth companies within the social and private sector
- Demonstrated experience implementing complex programs
- Previous working experience in working in the African entrepreneurship space is a plus
- Experience in program, project and event management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-player attitude with a strong sense of personal accountability
