What you'll be doing
- Process B2B and B2C customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage orders from entry through to delivery
- Liaise with customers regarding order updates, delivery schedules, and inquiries
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain customer records, product information, and system data
- Monitor order progress and resolve issues proactively
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Order Processing, Customer Service, or a similar role
- Strong experience processing customer orders in a high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Intermediate Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables
- Comfortable using multiple systems, portals, and software platforms
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with catalog maintenance, data entry, and sales support functions
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to different workflows
Working Hours
Australian Eastern Time Schedule
- 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM PH Time during Australian Daylight Savings
- 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM PH Time outside Daylight Savings
This schedule is fixed, so we're looking for someone comfortable working early morning hours.
