What you’ll do
- Support German-speaking customers via phone and email
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related enquiries
- Handle complaints professionally and document customer interactions accurately
- Identify sales and cross-selling opportunities during customer conversations
- Maintain strong product knowledge and follow quality, GDPR, and safety procedures
- Escalate complex or regulatory issues when required
- Share customer insights to help improve products and processes
What you bring
✅ German C1 + English B1
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills ✅ Customer service, sales, technical support, or call centre experience is a plus — but not required ✅ Comfortable working with digital customer service systems ✅ EU citizenship or eligibility to work in Bulgaria
