- Make outbound calls to leads across the U.S. & Canada

- Consistently hit and exceed KPIs (calls, connects, appointments)
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written) with a neutral or clear accent
- Ability to work in EST timezone (night shift in Cairo)
- Confident, persuasive, and resilient on calls
- Strong listening and objection-handling skills
- Tech-savvy; experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Background in B2B sales or lead generation
