About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative / Lead Generation Specialist to support a US-based real estate business in Florida. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, conducting outbound outreach, and booking appointments to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, property owners, and investors.
- Generate and qualify leads through online research, databases, and social media.
- Conduct outbound outreach through cold calling, email, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM system.
- Track outreach activities and meet agreed lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or appointment setting.
- Real estate industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, research, and prospecting skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and engaging US-based prospects.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
- Target-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work Florida business hours.
