What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support by phone, email, and chat.
- Help riders schedule and coordinate transportation for healthcare appointments and other essential needs.
- Resolve questions and concerns with empathy, urgency, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Coordinate with transportation providers and Guides to ensure reliable service.
- Meet established performance and service goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of contact center or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to exceptional service.

Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
- English proficiency (reading, speaking, and listening).
- High-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
Work Environment
100% Remote / Work From Home
This is a primarily sedentary role requiring extended periods of sitting and frequent computer, phone, and keyboard use.
