What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
- Promote upgrades and additional solutions whenever appropriate.
- Handle account, billing and service-related enquiries.
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.
What We're Looking For
• Fluent Italian and English (minimum C2).
• Previous sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Technical Support or a Contact Centre is an advantage.
- Strong communication, sales and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
- Customer-oriented, target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Permanent contract after 6 months.
• Rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM(8-hour shifts).

• Base Salary:€920
• Language Allowance:€250
• Performance Bonus:up to €360
• Assiduity Allowance:€110
• Flex Work Allowance:€60
