The Role
- This is a consultative, high-velocity sales role focused entirely on closing. There’sno cold calling—every lead has alreadyinquired and asked us to contact them.Ourappointment-setting team books your calendar, so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships, guiding prospects, and closing sales.
- You’ll help motivated adults understand how Achieve can accelerate their degrees and career paths, delivering a mix of purpose and performance in every conversation.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct scheduled phone or video consultations with warm, qualified leads.
- Guide prospective students through our program offerings and enrollment process.
- Use a consultative approach to identify goals, address concerns, and drive enrollment decisions.
- Maintain a full pipeline through consistent follow-up and calendar management.
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.

- Proven closer with a track record of exceeding quotas in B2C, enrollment, or consultative sales.
- Motivated, goal-driven, and energized by income potential.
- Excellent communicator with strong empathy, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Organized and self-disciplined in a remote environment.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM tools and video conferencing.
