Role: Web Developer & Customer Onboarding Specialist Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week | Flexible Philippine daytime hours Time Zone: Philippine Time (PHT), with occasional overlap with U.S. Mountain Time. Work Setup: Work From Home





Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, fast-moving web developer to build and launch functional customer websites using AI development tools and internal systems. The role also supports customer onboarding across SMS and marketing campaign platforms. Website development is the primary focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and launch customer websites efficiently using AI coding tools and internal systems.
  • Use company tools to purchase, configure, and set up domains; submit finished sites to the internal hosting platform.
  • Collect and enter customer information into platforms such as Twilio, Mailchimp, and similar services.
  • Communicate with customers during onboarding and help get their accounts and websites live.
  • Manage website development and onboarding tasks in a high-volume, quick-turnaround environment.



Qualifications

  • Ability to build functional websites quickly using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or modern frameworks.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.
  • Ability to learn custom domain management, hosting, and onboarding systems.
  • Comfortable working with Twilio, Mailchimp, or comparable campaign platforms.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to commit to at least 40 hours per week.
  • Portfolio of prior websites and/or willingness to complete a short skills assessment.

 

Schedule & Work Arrangement

  • Fully remote; Philippine daytime hours are acceptable.
  • Flexible schedule, with some overlap with U.S. Mountain Time business hours helpful but not required daily.
  • Additional pre-approved hours may be available based on workload.



Training & Support

  • Training provided on internal domain tools, hosting systems, and onboarding procedures.
  • Access provided to necessary internal systems, assets, and guidance on preferred AI tools.
