Your Role
- Engage Leads: Reach out via phone and email to existing leads
- Build Relationships: Listen to prospective clients’ challenges and tailor solutions that fit.
- Seal the Deal: Convert those prospects into long-term partners, celebrating their success every step of the way.
- Customer Success: Work with our wider team to support clients maximise their value from our solution
- Prospect: Support our lead generation team with prospecting and cold calling

Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling, ideally in the tech or hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with business owners.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and word processing and spreadsheet software.
