Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategiesacross platforms, utilisingZoho Socialand other Zoho tools.
• Create engaging content, includingvisuals, images, and videos, to maximize audience impact.
• Analyse and optimize marketing campaignsusing performance data andZoho analytics.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns from start to finish.
• Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality marketing solutions.
• Leverage multilingual communicationskills inEnglish(mandatory) and, if applicable, additional languages such asGerman, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian.
Requirements
• Proven experienceinsocial media marketing (SMM)with expertise inZoho SocialandZoho Marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills, using data to refine campaigns and maximize engagement.
• Creative experiencein developingvisual, image, and video content.
• Project management experience, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Client management expertise, with a focus on maintaining long-term relationships.
• Fluency in Englishis required; additional fluency inGerman, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italianis a plus.
