- Advise clients on structuring transactions in line with local regulatory and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct legal due diligence reviews and prepare detailed reports for clients.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including opposing counsel, financial advisors, and corporate teams.
- Deliver high-quality legal and strategic advice under time-sensitive conditions.
- Stay current with global M&A trends, legal developments, and regulatory updates relevant to transactional work.
Requirements
- Law degree from a recognized institution; admission to practice in any common law jurisdiction is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, preferably with international or cross-border exposure.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and align with client business goals.
- Superior drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting.
- Experience with or willingness to work across different time zones to accommodate Australian clients.
- Familiarity with legal tech tools and modern transaction management platforms.
Benefits

Opportunity for 100% remote work.
•
Competitive AUD compensation package.
- Access to advanced legal research and practice management tools.
