Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of healthcare or medical support experience Excellent spoken and written English communication Experience communicating with patients, providers, or insurance representatives Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently Comfortable working remotely and using healthcare or administrative systems
Experience in any of the following is highly valuable
Medical reception and patient scheduling
Insurance verification and benefits
Prior authorizations and referrals
Medical billing and claims Patient intake and care coordination Medical scribing Prescription refills Medical records and administrative support EHR/EMR systems
Specialty medical practices
