1099 Independent Contractor | Work From Home
We are seeking independent contractors to provide remote customer service for a major financial services program. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is comfortable assisting customers with debit card accounts, transactions, and other account-related concerns while handling sensitive financial information professionally.
What You'll Do
Provide inbound customer support forprepaid debit and credit card accounts, including:
- Card activation, balances, transactions, and disputes
- Lost or stolen cards and general account questions
- Payroll cards, fund transfers, and payment-related concerns
- Securely handling customer information while following required financial regulations and data protection procedures
Higher Work Commitment:After training, this opportunity requires more than 50 hours of work during each period: the 1st–15th and the 16th–last day of the month. This commitment continues throughout the contract.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Windows desktop or laptop computer
- 16 GB RAM minimum
- Reliable hardwired high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi only is not permitted)
- USB headset with microphone
- Quiet, professional workspace
- Ability to pass a background check & fingerprint screening
- Successful completion of a computer compatibility check and online assessment
